Our method
We begin with questions, not with services. Before anything is proposed we want to know the objective and why it matters, how the business runs today, where it sits in its market, and who is actually buying. What comes out of that is a strategy with the measures and the order of work attached — built to leave systems behind that keep working, not deliverables that stop when we do.
How we are set up
Four services, run to the same standard and the same process. Strategy, Sales and Marketing take on the commercial side and are worked as one rather than as three separate briefs — because a sales problem is rarely only a sales problem; it is often a pricing problem, or a positioning one. People takes on the other half: a fully managed HR function for businesses that would rather not build one internally, and structured recruitment when a role needs the right person in it. Together they cover most of what actually stops a business from growing.
